STEP 1: REGISTER:
The first step of our business relations is to register. IT IS FREE, no registration fee or joining fees. To register as one of our partner distributors please use the link below.
The link will open a registration form which you can complete in less than 5 minutes. Please complete the form and submit. Also indicate which member has referred you by providing their name, or tell us how you knew about Instil.
Once your registration is approved, you will have access to back office portal where you can view your commission, order history etc
STEP 2: DECIDE WHICH PACK TO BUY
The second step in the process of participating at Instil is to decide which pack or products to sell. This is not an easy process, as most people do not know how the fragrances smell or which one to choose. This is why we have provided combo packs of different sizes to help you decide on a price you can afford first, from at least R400 upwards.
Products can be selected and paid for manually (deposit or EFT) or online

STEP 3: PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER
After deciding which pack(s) to buy, the next step is to make payments for your order. Payments can be made either manually (ATM deposits, cellphone and internet banking transfers) or online on our website.
Reference for payment must be your name and surname.
It is important to note that payment must include the delivery cost.(Delivery process is outlined below). Instil pays over the delivery amount to the courier when we release your parcel.
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAYMENT WITH SALES CONSULTANTS
Once you make your payment it is important to alert one of our consultants that you have paid by submitting proof showing your payment (photo of the deposit slip, a screenshot of the bank SMS confirmation etc)
We receive many payments and it is important to account for each individually
STEP 5: CAPTURING, PROCESSING AND DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Our orders system has both an email and SMS functionality. Once your payment is confirmed, the Sales Consultant will capture your order onto our system. Immediately the system will send you an Order Confirmation message (This message must be received within an hour or two during busines hours. Should you not get this confirmation, call immediately)
The order is queued for packing, and once packed we will dispatch it using the delivery details you provide when you registered/submitted your order. The system will send another notification with a tracking number for the parcel to your phone/Email address advising that the order has left our store.
